Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of loving, caring individuals concerned with the early learning experiences of today's children. All staff members are subject to pre employment screening consisting of drug and background testing. Each teacher is responsible for getting the initial 40 hours of county mandated childcare education. In addition to the county mandated training, each teacher is given opportunities to increase their education with in service training classes offered at the center. Each teacher is required to take at least 8 hours per year after the initial year in childcare. We encourage all staff to continue their education and obtain a CDA credential. All staff are also offered the opportunity to become trained in Infant/Toddler CPR and first aid.

Our staff offers a good mix of both educational and life experiences. We have teachers that have been with the facility for 1 month through 15 years. We have a playground safety director and curriculum coordinator to ensure the safety and educational needs of your children are being met at all times. We have a dietician to meet the nutritional needs as well. We have aides that alternate between classrooms to assist the teachers as needed. We offer weekly planning time to the teachers in order to aid in the development of a unique educational experience.
